090813 // Cupcake Baking Day :)

After debating whether it was actually possible to have actual cookies 'n' cream cupcakes (not just in the icing), I was finally (sort of) convinced when he showed me this recipe that had chunks of OREO biscuits inside the cupcakes (recipe found here). Compared to the other cupcakes which only had the 'cookies' part of the name in the icing, these seemed much more legit. 

So on this cloudless sunny Friday where we both had a day off uni, we decided to dedicate the afternoon to making some sweet cupcakes :) And since it was his first time baking anything, it was definitely something we had to do...more for my sake than his.

This little guy had it's last day today :( Today was not my day at all and due to my clumsiness, this little blue elephant from Thailand lost it's nose. Time to search for another keyring for my keys... :(
