Nothing but a miscellaneous pocketful of updates :)
1) My weeks start late and finish early leaving me a four day weekend which I am absolutely loving. It has already come to the end of week 2 and it has been indifferent to the first with only slight changes in the amount of sleep slept, the weather and the increase in food consumption. This semester still proves to be a fairly breezy one but I'm sure in a few weeks time when mid semester exams are nigh, my thoughts may be quite different...But until then, I will enjoy my quite lax schedule.
2) Tickets have arrived for Beyonce's "The Mrs. Carter Show World Tour"! I would say this is a once in a lifetime event (since tickets are so painful to pay for!) and hearing that the most fabulously known diva in the world was finally coming to the land of Oz was an opportunity I did not want to miss. With the cost of the tickets out of our mind, my friend and I are focusing on an amazing night it will definitely be!
3) On the same musical note, I found some pretty awesome beats and remixes:
Ellie Goulding - Lights (Shook Remix)
A dance version by Mike Song here.
Frank Ocean - Thinkin Bout You (Ryan Hemsworth Bootleg)
It's not a good mix if it doesn't have some funky Korean beats by Verbal Jint:
4) I am constantly finding myself wandering towards places of food and always seem to have some sort of snack close to hand. During the past few weeks I have discovered/realised some new (some old) snacks that can be quite addictive. One would be these Korean biscuits that my bf's mum gave me, second would be soft shell crab sushi and third, these Uncle Toby's strawberry yoghurt bars; of course there is the no-brainer and everyone's favourite CHOCOLATE ♥ All of which somewhat satisfy my cravings for food when I am sitting in that one lecture that I can afford to tune out of. Or any time for that matter..

5) Been noticing a lot of what people are wearing around these days..probably because I am getting sick of wearing closely the same things every day. I have effectively concluded that Chucks are definitely (and were probably always) very popular, and the good ol' boyfriend jeans seem to be many girls' choice for comfortable attire. Also, since my Leessang cap finally came this week I am yet and quite keen to experiment with some more tomboy looks through mixing and matching items I have in my wardrobe.
Always love some fresh fashion ideas from Jenn Im from Clothesencounters:
