moose & gibson

271213 // It was finally time for a catch up with two of my uni friends :) We decided to go to Moose & Gibson at Woolloongabba after hearing nice reviews about it. We were seated outside along the road so we couldn't enjoy the awesome decor inside to its fullest but we still admired it from the outside, noting that the lights were particularly and simply the coolest.

Since we were ordering after 11.30 we could choose from the lunch menu as well as from the breakfast menu. After a while, we settled on the Baked Potted Eggs, the Mushroom Pizza and a fancier version of fish and chips. For drinks, I ordered a strawberry milkshake and the girls both ordered some smoothies. (It all added up to be quite expensive for a normal brunch, but more for the experience I guess :)

It was a breezy morning sitting outside and wasn't too hot, so we were able to sit there for quite a bit of time catching up on our Christmases, our travels, holiday shenanigans and plans for the next year. Despite both of them leaving Speech Pathology (which means leaving me D: ) to study other courses, I hope I'm sure I will still be able to keep in touch with these two awesome ladies :)
