Attempted to make macaroons again. They are extremely hard to perfect- it's hard to get the right oven temperature and also hard to estimate how long they need to be in the oven for. It's also hard to get the consistency of the mixture correct. But as they all say: practice makes perfect, so I will persist and one day I will master the art of making macaroons :)
Friday night out- spent it at a Hong Kong style BBQ with friends :) We set up the BBQ at church and it took us many attempts and nearly two hours to get a decent fire going; by the time we got everything sorted, we were all eager to fill our hungry tummies- and we were not disappointed because the food was very yum :)

Saturday- a mediocre day where I spent the morning handing out a few resumes and driving for an hour. Then the rest of the day was just making music on the piano/practising for worship tomorrow :)
